Use the XT-QP and TC as two different floor plans
An open Triton XT-QP and an enclosed TC can carry similar kinds of equipment while presenting very different loading constraints. On the open trailer, ski position and deck access dominate. On the enclosed trailer, the doorway and parked sled arrangement can reject a machine that nominal interior length seems to accommodate.

Fit and purchase checklist
Measure the sled from the furthest forward ski or bumper point to the rearmost snow flap or tunnel accessory.
Record maximum loaded width at the skis and handlebars, not just manufacturer body width.
Mark wheel housings, inside door openings, ramp hinges and all fixed intrusions on the trailer sketch.
Check ramp breakover angle, approach clearance and the actual usable flat-deck length with ramp shut.
Use the trailer data plate GVWR minus its actual empty weight to establish payload; leave allowance for fuel, tools and spare.
Confirm tie-down anchor locations support the sled manufacturer’s transport procedure; do not tie to weak plastic trim.
The costly mistake
A nominal 12-foot deck is not a promise that a 12-foot sled will load, turn and secure without interference.
