THE MATH, NO DRAMA

Trailer payload sanity check.

Subtract the trailer’s actual empty weight and real cargo from GVWR. A dimensional fit is a separate question.

This conceptual top view contrasts the nominal trailer rectangle with usable floor space and a wheel-well intrusion. Measure machine width, length and height separately from door opening, ramp and tie-down clearance. No dimensions or fit are implied.

The calculation does not check axle/tire ratings, tongue weight, load placement, brake requirements or deck fit. GVWR is the trailer’s maximum total loaded weight, not payload.

An enclosed TC needs a doorway check

Triton’s TC crossover trailers are one family to investigate for a UTV, but the machine must pass the ramp and door before it can occupy the floor. Measure the roof, cage, mirrors and fitted tires. Aftermarket parts can invalidate a fit based on the stock vehicle brochure.
